- Please provide clear details (Order ID, date of purchase, nature of complaint, and supporting images/videos if applicable).
🔹 Resolution Timeline
- All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
- A resolution or update will be provided within 7–10 working days, depending on the nature of the issue.
🔹 Escalation
If the grievance is not resolved within the specified time, customers may escalate by writing directly to the Grievance Officer at grievance@shopeze.in.
