💰 Refund & Return Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- Certain categories like personal care, perishables, or customized items are non-returnable.
- In case of defective or wrong product delivery, Shopeze will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or email confirmation) to claim a return/refund.
